Deviled Eggs with Cheese and Bacon


Serve up the flavors of the Irish by adding cheese and bacon to traditional deviled eggs. This recipe is quick, easy, and makes the perfect addition to breakfast, lunch, or dinner parties. Filled with protein, this egg-cellent recipe also serves as a great snack!

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Hard boil your eggs.
  2. Slice each boiled egg in half, lengthwise, to make 12 separate halves (see image #1).
  3. Use a small spoon to remove the yolk from each egg, and place in a small mixing bowl.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, shredded cheese, and cooked chopped bacon into the small mixing bowl with the egg yolks.
  5. Mix all ingredients with a fork (see image #2), and spoon the filling back into the egg halves.
  6. Garnish each egg with chopped chives and additional bacon.
  7. Refrigerate and serve chilled at parties and picnics!
