Game Day Nachos

With just $5 and 5 minutes, this month’s featured recipe will be ready in time for kickoff! Just use a few paper plates and napkins, and you’ll only have one plate and maybe a knife (if you slice the olives or jalapeños) to wash... we’d call that a winning play!

Shop at Dollar Tree – Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese

Any Combination of the Following (to your taste):

  • Black Beans
  • Jalapeños
  • Olives
  • Salsa
  • Canned Tomatoes
  • Sour Cream

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Lay out a single layer of tortilla chips on a plate.
  2. Spread some of the cheese and toppings over the chips.
  3. Lay 2 more layers of chips and toppings on top of the first.
  4. Microwave on 50% power for 1- 2 minutes and serve warm. (Microwaves vary so keep an eye on the cheese and pull as soon as it’s melted.)
