Shop at Dollar Tree – Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Package (Two 9"-Round) Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 1 Pie Pan
  • 1 Egg, Beaten
  • 5 Cups Frozen Peaches
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°.
  2. Lay one pie crust in the bottom of a 9" pie pan.
  3. Place the sliced frozen peaches (slightly defrosted) in a large bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix in the sugar.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour this mixture over the peaches and mix gently (see image #1).
  5. Pour the peach mixture into the pie crust and dot with butter (see image #2).
  6. Cover the peaches with the second pie crust and seal the edges using your fingers or a fork. Cut slits in the top crust to vent steam (see images #3 and #4).
  7. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, then reduce the heat to 350° and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes or until the crust browns. Note: If outer crust edges are browning too quickly, cover with strips of aluminum foil.
  8. Cool completely before serving and refrigerate to store.
