Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

This one-pot and six-ingredient meal is sure to please your crowd, and it takes only 30 minutes to prepare! Cheesy pasta mixed with wholesome chicken and nutritious broccoli makes for a well-balanced meal that will leave your hungry family satisfied.

Shop at Dollar Tree ­– Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 2 Grilled or Roasted Chicken Breasts (Cook Ahead of Time or Before Prep)
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rotini Pasta (1 Cup Uncooked)
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Steamed Broccoli

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Bring four cups of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small pot, bring about an inch of water to a boil. Add broccoli and cover to steam for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Cut cooked chicken breasts into one-inch cubes and set aside (see image #1).
  4. Add milk to the pot over medium heat and cook until warm. Add cheese to the milk and stir until melted (see image #2).
  5. Add pasta to the cheese and milk mixture and stir until the pasta is coated and creamy (see image #3).
  6. Add the chicken and broccoli to the pot and stir until all ingredients are combined and coated in cheese.
  7. Serve immediately and sprinkle with more cheese!
