Buffalo Chicken Tacos


Combine two classic game day meals, tacos and wings, to create the ultimate tailgating feast. This recipe for Buffalo Chicken Tacos is one you won't be able to resist. Spicy shredded chicken is complemented with cool and creamy ranch, topped with crunchy celery and wrapped in a flour tortilla. These tacos are sure to be your new go-to on game day!

Shop at Dollar Tree – Here's What You'll Need:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Chopped Celery for Garnish
  • 8-10 Flour Tortillas
  • Baking Dish
  • Mixing Bowl

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Wash, peel, and chop celery. Set aside (see image #1).
  3. Place chicken on a greased baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and top with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow chicken to cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Shred chicken and place in a medium sized mixing bowl. Toss in the Buffalo sauce until all of the chicken is coated.
  6. Fill each tortilla with about ½ cup of Buffalo shredded chicken. Top with ranch and celery (see image #2). Roll up the tortillas and enjoy!
