Shop at Dollar Tree – Here's What You'll Need:

  • 8x10" Frame
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Paper (wrapping paper, construction paper, card stock etc.)
  • Glue
  • Notepad
  • Ribbon
  • Dry-Erase Marker
  • Pen/Pencil
  • Double-Sided Tape

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Trim a sheet of colorful/decorative paper to fit your frame.
  2. Print from your computer or write out the days of the week on another, lighter piece of paper. Cut into seven rectangles (ours were 1¼x5").
  3. Use double-sided tape to adhere rectangles to the colored paper, leaving enough room for the notepad. Place in the frame.
  4. Glue the frame to the back of the cookie sheet (Note: affix the frame so that it slightly raises above the cookie sheet, giving you a "ledge" on which to store your pen and dry-erase marker.
  5. Glue a ribbon to the back of the cookie sheet to hang your menu planner.
  6. Stick magnetic clips to the bottom half of the cookie sheet to hold grocery store loyalty cards, coupons, and recipe cards, and affix the notepad to the blank spot on the frame for a grocery list.
