  • 2¼ Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 12 Tablespoons Softened Butter
  • ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1½ Cups White Chocolate Chips
  • Medium Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Electric Mixer
  • 9x11" Baking Dish
  • Spatula

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x11" baking dish and set it aside.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium size bowl and set it aside.
  3. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, mix together the butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Stir in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir until just combined (see image #1).
  6. Using a spatula, stir in the white chocolate chips until combined.
  7. Press the dough into a prepared baking pan (see image #2). Bake for 20-23 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown. Let cool completely before cutting into squares (see image #3).
