Shop at Dollar Tree – Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Orange Food Coloring
  • Milk Chocolate Chips
  • Wooden Skewers
  • Vase
  • Fall-Colored Candies
  • Wax Paper
  • Microwave-Safe Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Cookie Pan
  • Zip-Seal Plastic Bag
  • Scissors

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Prepare to create the cookie pops by gathering all ingredients (see image #1) and lining a cookie sheet with wax paper.
  2. Place wooden skewers into the cream in the middle of each sandwich cookie and set aside (see image #2).
  3. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring chocolate chips after each interval until they are completely melted.
  4. Dip half of the cookies, one at a time, into the melted white chocolate until completely covered (see image #3). Place each cookie on a lined cookie pan so the chocolate can set.
  5. Add 5-10 drops of orange food coloring into the remaining melted white chocolate and mix until your desired shade of orange is achieved.
  6. Repeat Step 4 with the remaining chocolate cookies in the melted orange chocolate (see image #4).
  7. Place the cookie pan with your dipped cookies into the fridge to allow the chocolate to set for a few more minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, repeat Step 3 with milk chocolate.
  9. Pour the melted milk chocolate into a sealed plastic bag and cut a small hole in a corner. Pull your cookies out of the fridge and pipe milk chocolate faces onto the white ghosts and orange pumpkins (see image #5).
  10. Return the cookie pan to the fridge until all of the chocolate is set.
  11. Fill a vase with fall colored candies or candy corn (Note: The candy is for display only, unless placed inside a food-safe container). Place the skewered chocolate covered cookies into the vase and put it on display!
